Tonaroz Tours Terms of Service
By securing a reservation with Tonaroz Tours, you agree to the following operational terms. These guidelines ensure we can deliver a secure, premium experience across all our Moroccan destinations.
Booking and Payment Protocol We operate on a basis of mutual trust, requiring no upfront deposit to secure your itinerary. Full payment is strictly required upon arrival before your excursion or transfer begins. We accept payment in designated currencies as confirmed during your booking process. Refusal or inability to provide full payment at the time of departure will result in the immediate cancellation of all services.
Client Punctuality and Transit Our private transfers operate on precise schedules to ensure the flawless execution of your itinerary. Guests are required to be present at their designated pick up location exactly at the agreed time. Drivers are not authorized to delay departures. Failure to appear on time is considered a no show and will result in the cancellation of your vehicle and activity.
Operational Adjustments and Safety Your physical safety dictates all our operational decisions. Tonaroz Tours reserves the absolute right to alter, shorten, or cancel any itinerary due to severe weather, unsafe road conditions, or unexpected logistical hazards. If our management team must alter your experience for safety reasons, we will provide a suitable alternative or release you from any payment obligations for the canceled portion of the trip.
Assumption of Risk Travel into regions such as the Agafay Desert, the High Atlas Mountains, and the Merzouga dunes involves inherent environmental risks. Participation in activities including quad biking, camel trekking, and hot air balloon flights requires personal physical responsibility. By booking these excursions, you accept full responsibility for your personal safety and your physical fitness to participate.
Liability Limitations Tonaroz Tours directly manages our vehicles, guides, and internal logistics. However, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or travel delays caused by external factors beyond our direct control. Guests are required to keep their valuables secure and maintain their own comprehensive travel insurance for the duration of their time in Morocco.
