We operate our excursions on a strict foundation of mutual trust. To provide a seamless and premium booking experience, Tonaroz Tours allows guests to secure their private reservations without an upfront deposit. Full payment is collected directly upon arrival.
Because we commit our vehicles, private drivers, and local teams to your exact itinerary well in advance, we require your absolute commitment to our cancellation terms in return.
The Twenty Four Hour Notice If your travel plans change, we require a minimum of twenty four hours notice prior to your scheduled departure time. Providing this notice allows us to reassign our private drivers, release reserved equipment, and adjust our dining preparations without incurring financial losses.
Late Cancellations and Missed Departures Canceling within twenty four hours of your scheduled excursion directly impacts our operational team. By that time, vehicles have already been prepared and traditional meals have already been sourced. Guests who fail to appear at their designated pick up location or cancel at the last minute disrupt our scheduling entirely. Such actions will result in the inability to book future excursions or accommodations across the Tonaroz portfolio without strict full prepayment.
Weather and Safety Cancellations Your physical safety is our primary operational metric. Certain experiences, specifically our hot air balloon flights and deep desert access, depend entirely on safe weather conditions. If our local management team must cancel an activity due to severe weather, you will owe absolutely nothing. We will work directly with you to reschedule the experience for a safe alternative date.
How to Modify Your Reservation To ensure your request is logged officially by our team, all cancellations and modifications must be communicated in writing. You can cancel your booking by replying directly to your reservation confirmation email or by messaging our management team via our official WhatsApp channel.
